Sorry for the inconvenience says Microsoft to Windows 10 Anniversary Update Users

Earlier whenever there is a new update, we would immediately download and install it.  But now a days we wait for a month at least to see community feedback and then decide.

Same is true for Windows 10 Anniversary Updates. If you can't use certain features after the latest Windows 10 update, Microsoft has four words for you: "Sorry for the inconvenience." - ROFL
